Letter from a Guest at Cutlass Bay  (who was present during the 1999 attack) to the Prime Minster of the Bahamas

Answer from Office of the Prime Minister to a Cutlass Bay Guest.  (If Appropriate action had been taken, the August 27, 1999 Arson & Attempted Murder would not have occurred.

In an effort to stop the harassment Robby went to civil court in the Bahamas on May 25, 1999 in Nassau and prevailed.  The Files were lost and NOTHING happened.   Members of the British Commonwealth Judges preside over many trials due to the shortage of judges in the Bahamas.  Judge Howard Nathan, from Melbourne Australia, presided.

Robby & Sandy were informed after the preliminary hearing for the arson and attempted murder that Judge Nathan never issued a final ruling on the May 25, 1999 hearing.   Not believing this occurred, Sandy went on  the internet and found Judge Nathan in Australia.
