Dear r,  Ramotowski:

Please see the attached letter, I am aware that your office has requested the documents also Thank you for your help Please make another request for these Documents.

Also Mr.  Minnis has advised my husband that the magistrate that heard the hearing on May 15, 2000, had been removed from the bench, because of the complaints received against him. If you review your files, I find that it is very odd that after our request for a court reporter and our concerns of a fair trial, that the Bahamian Courts would send someone who had complaints against him to hear these cases.

I will remind you that my husband prevailed in the suit against Mr. Russell in May of 1999, on in the Bahamian Superior Civil Court This ruling was appealed by Mr Russell,. The appeal has been denied I will remind you the file was "lost" until I contacted the visiting Judge from Australia.

This is the same case that the Magistrate bound my husband over for an arson charge May 15, 2000, based on the statements of Ezra Russell (a Bahamian from a Drug Family and according to the DEA in Tampa and in the Bahamas has a drug conviction.)

I realize that Senator Graham has requested Ambassador Schechters'  Assistance and I therefore request that you continue your efforts.

Sincerely,

Sandra Robertson
