Also note that the statements from two of the defendants implicating Ezra Russell in the Arson and Attempted Murder on August 27, 1999 are also missing from the file according to Bernard Turner, of the Bahamas Attorney Generals Office.  Mr. Turner is now advising that the file is not complete 16 months after the incident.
