Ezra Russell a $800.00 a month caretaker for American, Curtis Bannister.
Phillip (Brave) Davis of Christy Davis & Co, attorney at law, appears before the Superior Court in Nassau arguing that there are items missing from the file and the judgment against Ezra Russell should be overturned on the Court of Appeals Civil Side dated 7-11-2000. (Mr. Davis represented Ex Prime Minister Pendling in the commission of inquiry hearings on government corruption.)
Christy Davis and Co represented Ezra Russell and Julian Robinson (who confessed to being hired by Ezra Russell ) (Statements of confessions to police of Julian Robinson and Sidney Bethel are missing) Mr. Bernard Turner of the Attorney Generals Office states the Magistrate Courts have the files but the have not been completed . (16 months after the crime.)
After continued harassment Robby filed suit in Erie Pa against Curtis Bannister, with whom Russell has a contractual agreement. The same week the suit was filed Robby and I were attacked and the clubhouse and 12 room were burned. Mr. Bannister's attorney Phillip Friedman came to the Bahamas meeting with Christy Davis and Co.
Mr. Friedman is with the law firm, Ambrose Friedman & Weichler http://www.afwlawfirm.com and we assume has attended his law partner, Leonard G. Ambrose III, seminars on , "Dealing with Snitches and their Lawyers." Robinson and Bethel recanted their statements. Under the Freedom of Information Act a request was made to U. S. Customs on Mr. Bannister's Airplane N 252YK for relating to the entry of the aircraft through a foreign county. U. S Customs provided no record of entry from the Bahamas in December 99 or January 2000, but Airplane and Bannister were in Cat Island on December 27, 1999. (Rumors exist in the Bahamas) Is U. S. Customs in error or did Mr. Bannister not clear U. S. Customs?
